Mark Chapman

A UK based Operations Director, COO & CEO, previously leading 396 sites across the UK, focused on colleagues and customers. A rare director who can combine strategic foresight with day-to-day hands-on leadership. 

A strong focus on identifying areas requiring operational improvement and resolving to standards of excellence. Thrives on fast paced environments with ever-changing business needs.

Recognised for the ability to create great teams and positive environments, leading to outstanding operational KPI’s. Excelled in global corporate and family-owned businesses.

A unique background that includes expertise in FMCG, food retail. online fulfilment, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, fashion, and branded and own brand goods. An Executive Board member who has built central operations and multi-site regional teams, leading up to 40,000 people.

A Director who has delivered major change and transformation with experience in acquisition, integration, restructure, start-up and re-organisation.

More recently through his own consulting business MC Consulting Ltd, has successfully consulted to the Animo Group alongside co-founding Chapstone Quirk Associates Ltd.

Adam Bailey

Adam holds a Master’s degree in Commercial & Corporate Law and over 15 years of experience in healthcare, specialising in staffing, consultancy, equipment, brokering, and healthcare technology. He has a strong record of driving net growth through strategic sales planning, market analysis, cost optimisation, and infrastructure development, while mentoring sales teams to maximise profitability.

He has been pivotal in delivering managed services and recruitment solutions across healthcare, facilities, engineering, executive leadership, and cybersecurity. His expertise includes business acquisitions, operational restructuring, clinical governance, debt reduction, and streamlining contracts, supporting business growth and commercialising ventures.

Adam’s achievements include scaling a business to over £100M+ and consistently achieving annual sales growth. He was instrumental in securing the NHS’s largest Managed Service and Agency Collaborative contracts for permanent staffing.

Focusing on operational excellence and innovation, Adam is passionate about transforming healthcare delivery and outsourced diagnostics, driving growth and creating value for stakeholders.

Philip brings a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on experience, making him a key contributor to the advancement of teleradiology operations.

Emmanuel Nwani

Part-time Digital Consultant

Emmanuel Nwani has spent the last 15 years working as a “hands on” Programme Manager within the Private and Public healthcare sectors.

He has vast experience of delivering technology and digital programmes while working with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders, collaborating with multiple teams to plan and execute complex business technology solutions.

He demonstrates compassionate leadership, while working on various large scale mission critical projects and has done so at over 30 NHS Hospital Trusts.

He has worked on the delivery of various Teleradiology solutions with suppliers such as Medica, Axon, 4ways Healthcare and Everlight. He also worked on the delivery of various Electronic Patient Record systems such as Cerner Millennium (EPR), EPIC (EPR), ICCA Philips, Medchart DXC, Clinisys (WinPath) and ICE, AGFA, Sectra (RIS/PACS), iSoft (RIS/PACS), Fujitsu (RIS/PACS), Graphnet System C, EPIC, System C (Medway), HSS (CRIS), Fujifilm (RIS/PACS), GE Health (RIS/PACS), Sectra RIS/PACS, SystemOne (EPR), IDX/GE Health (Lastword and Carecast), Connecting for Health, BT, Philips, and IDX.

Dr Rayhaan Rahaman

Clinical Lead for Operations

Rayhaan is a leader at local and regional level in the NHS. He is passionate about improving services for patients and colleagues. Rayhaan is experienced in caring for colleagues while delivering improvements for patient’s benefit.

Valerie Middleton

Clinical Services Manager/Consultant Radiographer

Val is an experienced Consultant Diagnostic Radiographer across all scope of x-ray reporting. Having worked and lead the way within multiple trusts within the National Health Service for over 20 years she has strategically lead, delivered and developed services within imaging and beyond. She is a dedicated Radiographer advocate who pushes the boundaries of conventional thinking to improve and positively impact patient outcomes.
Outside roles within the NHS Val is an active member of national advisory groups including; SCoR Consultant Radiography Advisory Group, Approval and Accreditation Board and NHS Resolution, alongside delivering education at multiple Higher Educational Institutions at various levels.
Val’s role; Clinical Services Manager/Consultant Radiographer, within Sovereign Talents, provides clinical, governance and quality standards leadership whilst thinking innovatively to develop and operationally deliver services within the NHS and corporate sectors.
Implementation and delivery of the Community Diagnostic Vehicle is operationally and clinically led by Val.

Dr Sarah Yusuf

Clinical Lead for Professional Standards
& Clinical Governance


Dr. Sarah Yusuf graduated from St George’s Hospital Medical School in 1992 and completed her specialist Radiology training  in the West Midlands in 2001. She has worked as a consultant radiologist in the West Midlands since. She has had senior management roles as Clinical and then Divisional Director for over a decade, and now is Midlands Regional Lead for Imaging in NHSE.  She has a specialist interest in artificial intelligence, innovation and GI imaging.

Kate Burley

Clinical Transformation Lead

Kate Burley has over 40 years’ NHS experience, with a clinical background in Emergency Care as a Paramedic, Tutor and Senior Manager, including international experience in North America. She also established an Ambulance Cadet Scheme to support young people into paramedic careers.

Kate played a key role in the inception of Clinical Networks in 2004, developing early Cardiac and Stroke Networks and later leading Cancer, Maternity, Children’s and Newborn Networks across the West Midlands.

In 2016, she became General Manager of EMRS and ScotSTAR within the Scottish Ambulance Service, overseeing Scotland’s pre-hospital critical care, neonatal and paediatric retrieval services across air and road assets nationwide.

 

Her achievements include developing national strategic networks in Trauma, Neonatal, Maternity, Fertility, Prison, Police and Veterans’ Care. The Scottish Trauma Network, recognised by the Scottish Health Secretary, led to the opening of four Major Trauma Centres and system-wide improvements from pre-hospital care to rehabilitation, featured in Channel 4’s Extreme Medics.

Kate also co-developed The Trauma App, supporting clinical decision-making and data capture across the trauma care pathway.

More recently, she served as Director of the West Midlands Imaging Network, delivering the UK’s largest regional digital imaging-sharing platform across all 15 NHS Trusts. Kate has contributed to multiple national reference groups, including the Department of Health and the CQC National Stroke Advisory Board
