Adam Bailey

Adam Bailey graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008 further to completing his Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law. Shortly after he saw an opportunity and pursued a career working with a niche medical staffing company. Being a key component in the success of the company, he quickly became one of the youngest Managing Directors in the country and helped grow the company from 5 staff to 110.

Acquired by the Acacium Group in 2013, he continued to help grow his divisions from 70 to 180 staff members and develop the business with a personal remit of £120m+. As part of the Executive Board, he was one of nine senior MDs overlooking the £800m conglomerate, liaising with multiple private equity firms. During his time, he helped steer the company to year-on-year increase in profit and secured some of the largest contracts in the NHS.

Leaving in 2016, Adam has acted as a non-executive Director across several companies as well as taking on several interim MD roles before starting his own business in 2018.

In 2020 he was actively involved in brokering very large PPE deals to the UK govt during the pandemic (leveraging previous NHS and medical connections). With 14 years experience, Adam has an incredible wealth of knowledge to the intricate workings of staffing within the UK across multiple verticals including healthcare, facilities, executive and outsourcing. He has also acted as a key advisor on business growth and operations/sales related matters across multiple organisations.
